Syncing problems

Every time I take my watch off or put my watch into sleep mode it will not sync to my app and now no longer syncs to my weight watchers app.

I have reset to factory settings umpteen times and have shut my Fitbit down every morning so I am losing data every day.

@Teresa643108, suggest you do not continue to do factory reset, or shut down the Sense every morning - these actions will not improve the syncing functionality. The syncing to your weight watchers app is done via the phone app, not the Sense. Which phone are you using to sync the Sense, and what version of the Fitbit app are you using.

Hi I am using a Oppo android phone with the Fitbit Sense.
It all works fine and syncs data fine up until I take it off or put it into
sleep mode
