The Exercise app on my Sense won't respond

Today my sense froze up. I was able to restart it but since starting every time I select an option it goes sets back to the Home Screen. I tried to track fitness but once I tap on the exercise tab it sits for a second then sends me back to the main screen

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
