The fitbit logo on this watch will not turn off. I’ve turned it off as recommended and it comes back on to the logo. I then hooked it up to the charger as recommended stayed on logo all day. Let it die plugged it in and back on the logo.. HELP!!!

Hi @Smalls1 - just in case have you restarted your phone and in the App, Click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device"

 

You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
