Hi @Remyboo22 the more features you use, the more battery power it takes. Read this article - click - to learn more about your battery.

I update the apps settings to disable running in background (for apps that I do not need) so that helps for me.. hope it helps you too.

Hi @Remyboo22 - have you tried as a first step restarting the watch. In watch Settings click Shutdown, wait 10 seconds and place it on the charger to restart it and fully charge it.
For it to change screens, there is a new feature when long pressing the screen, it goes to the Clocks app [so you can change clock]. If your screen is very sensitive to touch, this may happen accidentally. If so you can get the watch replaced where you bought it.
If you are a premium user with Snore detection or Readiness score enabled that may use more battery, along with the usual SpO2 clock face or tracker app, GPS and other settings described in the article given by @Odyssey13 .
@James.P- if you are disabling apps running in background on your phone make sure you allow Bluetooth and the Fitbit App to run in background or you may have problems receiving notifications.

Hi there, yes. I have enabled fitbit apps to run on background. I had even 'locked' it to run to be doubly sure.
Thanks for the tips
