The button on my Sense isn't working

Hi 

My Fitbit sense button doesn't work. I have tried it all... Press with the thumb for several seconds, quickly too... I have reset the watch... And nothing... Screen only wakes up by motion. Is is failure usual? Is there anything else I could do before contacting seller?

Hi @BMFitzy - you may have already tried this but here is what works for me - Place the forefinger at the right of the device while covering the button completely with my thumb, then pressing. The trick seems to be covering the entire button, with the thumb overlapping the sides of the button, including towards the bottom of the watch. Yes, it’s a little tricky until you get used to it.
