Did you mean:

The first alarm on my Sense doesn't vibrate

The very first alarm I set up when I got my fitbit sense was set for 6:15am

Now, this week I've been wanting to get up earlier to work out so I set another alarm for 5:15am but for some reason I have not felt the fitbit vibrate on the earlier alarm for 5:15am and wake up until the second alarm at 6:15am vibrates.

What could I be doing wrong?

The days are accurate.

Is it only able to handle one alarm at a time?

Did you set a sleep schedule that ends after your alarm to wake up time?

Guessing may be it won't go off when in during a scheduled sleep period unless you set it as a smart wake alarm ?

Not to mention the Sense vibrate is awfully weak anyway, which is further compounded at low battery levels [it deteriorates rapidly with falling battery levels] so you can try fully charging before sleep to get the maximum vibrate possible with it set on strong.

Hi @yerling - I successfully use multiple alarms on my Sense. Please try this - Remove all alarms from your Sense. Then, add the 5:15 alarm, checking the days and finalizing with Done. Then, set up the second alarm doing the same. I would not set these as Smart Wake since you want to get up at specific times.

Then, check the vibration setting on your Sense. From the clock face, swipe left to Settings. Tap it. Then scroll down to Vibration. Put it on Strong.

Please let us know if this works for you.

Thank you, I think it wasn't working because my wake up time was set for 6am
