@Dantuck , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Please try charging the Sense for at least 30 minutes.
Remove it from the charging cable.
Press and hold the button of your Sense for 10 seconds.
Release the button when you see the Fitbit Logo.
The Sense should restart.

I’m having the same issue. Sense appears to open in “night mode” (dim screen with a crescent moon top center). This goes away in a few seconds. When using the settings app, I’m not able to adjust screen brightness or most other functions. The device is locked in dim screen brightness, button only activation, etc. and the buttons to change settings are locked out. I’m paired with iPhone 14 Pro and latest iOS; is there a Fitbit app update or compatibility issue that might affect the watch itself?

@iPhone_5_os91_ , Thank you for your message and information.
It seems that your Sense is on Sleep mode.
Please on the clock face of your Sense swipe it from left to right.
You'll see the quick settings.
Tap on the Sleep mode to turn it off.
Then go into the settings (gear icon on the quick settings menu)
