I put sense in swim mode 4th Aug and since then it seems to not work. However when I charge it the fitbit icon came on and the time then that went.
There is no lights on the back of it, but on my fitbit app it says I have been swimming for over 15000 minutes! So I presume it is still working but I have tried the double tap to try and get off swim mode. Not sure what else to do.
Help!!

@Racheyroo72 You double press the "button" on the Sense to unlock the water lock and exit swim mode. I'm very concerned for you because I think you need to see the active exercise stats, not the Fitbit logo in order to end the exercise.
Please double press the button, making sure you feel the vibration each time. There seems to be a timing sweet spot -- sometimes I need to do this 2-3 times to get it to work. But if your screen is stuck in the Fitbit logo, you should contact Support for more help.
