If it is still under warranty it can be replaced.

@roseodriscoll49 - as this is clearly a manufacturing fault see if support will still replace it. If not try another make such as Garmin.

If they won’t replace, consider slapping that face with glue.

Up date on my sense brought it back to Harvey Norman they said it was still under warranty got another one sense 2 had to give 110 euro because it a newer model guy in shop said it the best Fitbit on the market delited what my ne Fitbit
