This sealing glue is the worst i've seen

I've been using Fitbit products since 2014, but now it seems i've reached limit where it's time to let go😤

Back cover of first Sense fell off in june 2023, when watch was even in heavy use. (date of purchase April 2021)

Yesterday, front cover of new watch fell off, although watch has not really been used in same way as previous Sense. (purchase date july 2023)

Hi @HelloMate - thanks for the photo has the glue become hard and brittle?

It seems the glue isn't very good, it may let water in initially or the face just separate entirely.

If the watch is still working perhaps a trip to a phone repair shop may help, they are used to intricate connections, if necessary, and gluing things. While it may not be waterproof afterwards it may hold indefinitely and give it a new lease of life.
