Time Asleep (Premium) score suddenly calculated very low

I have Premium and a Sense. Typically my sleep scores are in the high 80s, low 90s, losing 2-4 points each between Time Asleep, Deep and Rem, and Restoration respectively, per the details that Premium shows me.

But suddenly, over the last 3 nights, my total sleep scores have been 73, 72, and 73, all attributed to the Time Asleep score plunging from its usual ~47 out of 50 to 27-28 out of 50. This makes no sense. For example, on the first night, I was asleep 8 hrs 44 minutes and awake for 40 minutes, yet my Time Asleep score was calculated as 27 out of 50 -- therefore, the resulting 73 total score. (Deep and Rem was 22 out of 25, and Restoration was 24 out of 25).

I have rebooted my device and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I came here hoping others had this same problem, that perhaps Fitbit has made some calculation changes and introduced an error. Is anyone else having this issue?

Well, I figured it out this morning after a 4th consecutive night of low 70s sleep scores. Somehow, my sleep goal had been changed to 25 hours instead of 7. Pretty sure I didn't do that myself.
