Time is incorrect and I can’t figure out how to set it

Woke up this morning to my sense being on the wrong time and have synced it multiple times but the time is still wrong and can’t find how to set it.

Hi, @davewelch , welcome to the community, I assume your "Sense" is showing the same time as your phone after syncing (if not, it may not be syncing)

How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provides a bit of light reading on syncing.

If you have a time zone issue go to the online dashboard>click the gear wheel in the top right corner of the screen>settings>scroll down to time zone>adjust as desired>return to the original screen and sync your phone Fitbit app by swiping the today screen down.
