Hi everyone! I've faced this problem since I bought and started first time my Sense 2. All data is syncing properly, the only exception is time. My watch shows 3 hours later then it is in my current location. How I could manage this issue. All previous topics about similar problem were discovered and tips were tried.
Could I change the time manually, for example?

Yes, you could. Try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
