Time zone set for AZ and Sense is still an hour off

Last Saturday my Sense set the time back an hour as the country ended DST.  The problem is I live in AZ and they don't change time.  I have searched and searched for a solution. The time is set to Arizona in the app and it still is an hour off on my Sense.  Is there an issue with the programming?  I currently am in Mexico but that should not matter as they are the same time as AZ.

Hi, @Wannaretire, welcome, may I suggest you check the time zone settings on your online dashboard?

Click the settings gear wheel in the top right corner of the dashboard home screen on your PC>settings>time-zone drop down>select the desired zone>submit. Sync your Fitbit app on your phone.

@Wannaretire   If you are in Sonora, then I agree that your time should be correct.  You wrote that your time is set to Arizona.  Is that set manually or automatically?  If you toggle the setting to automatic, does the app choose Hermosillo?  If you set it manually, then look for America/Hermosillo (Hermosillo Time) in the list.  I know that they are in the same time zone and neither state observes DST, but weird stuff happens.
