Times spent in heart zones not matching the graph!

Hi, I moved to FitBit Sense from Charge 2, yesterday.
Suddenly, while exercising the time spent in heart zones does not match anymore what is shown in the heart rate graph (it was working perfectly with the Charge 2).

Hi @francescojm,

the heart rate zones are being calculated differently for Charge 2 and Sense.

Source and more details about the heart rate zones: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Nevertheless, I would agree that the screenshot taken looks strange. Have you already checked the data shown on the Fitbit.com dashboard or do delete your app cache?

thanks for your message. It looks the same on the fitbit.com dashboard.
How I delete the app cache?

If you have an Android device navigate to the settings of the device, look for apps, search for Fitbit and delete the cache there.

But if the same data is shown within the fitbit.com dashboard I do not assume that this will fix the issue.

Based on the picture you have shared I would assume at least a lot of minutes in the fat burn zone should be shown, even if you have manually modified the above calculation of the heart zone rates, which have been changed between the two devices you are comparing.

You may ask the Fitbit support to check what is happening with that training data. Best experience I had was with the live chat. You can find the contact options here:

@francescojm   What you experienced is a bug that seemed to happen to everyone who went from a device with active minutes to a new device with active zone minutes.  It also happened when users with active minute devices got a firmware update to active zone minutes.  It lasts one day, then things seem to work fine.

hi @francescojm,

can you confirm that the problem has been solved by waiting one day?
