For the first week of wearing my Fitbit I wasn’t getting my stress management or sleep scores. I tried wearing the watch so that the sensor was at my under wrist and that made a huge difference. The next day my scores immediately came in! So if you’re having this problem try wearing your watch so the sensor is under your wrist. (I hope I explained the area to put it well enough. Like palm down side of your wrist.)
