Today app

Hi all,

I don’t see Today app any longer. Does anybody know what happened , why it disappeared?  Is there another app to check stats on the Sense without using a phone?

Hi @LarisaAR  - if you swipe up you should see some Today information (you may need to configure what you see). It may not be there if the Today app has disappeared, but worth a look.

Suggest restarting the watch too before going any further.

You can get clock faces from the Gallery which show most of the important data.

Sync and check in the Fitbit App to make sure that data is still being recorded by the watch, even without the Today app, in case there is a more serious problem.

Hi Guy, thank you for trying to help but if you check all apps from Fitbit , Today app is not even listed there. Swiping up shows only weather and EDA . I have a clock face showing some stats but it’s not the same as Today was with a full spectrum

@LarisaAR - the Today app is part of the firmware and can't be removed. (Even though that has happened!).

The good news is your watch seems to be ok.

To restore it you may have to do a factory reset, which can be tedious because you have to start all over again, as for a new watch.

Suggest talking to to customer support, they may know how it goes missing and can get it back without a factory reset.
