My sense is not showing today’s information when today icon is selected. Today comes up on screen then nothing and reverts back to previous screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Try restarting sense by holding the button on the left until you see the Fitbit logo then release and let the watch restart. Also close the app and phone, then restart the app and phone.

Thank you for your suggestions but I am afraid they did not solve my problem.

Is there today information on your watch?
Swipe left and should see today icon. See if there is info for today there. If so, your app may be corrupt.
if that is the case, see about removing the app and then reinstalling the app. I believe you will not loose your data.

If I swipe left and hit the today icon the icon comes on screen but does not open to show the information for today, but if I swipe up from the clock face I get the core stats for today.

When I swipe left and tap today icon it
shows the icon for about 3 seconds then data appears. Have you waited?
if so may need to delete and reinstall app.

When I tap the today icon it appears on screen for about 6 seconds then goes back to previous screen. It has worked perfectly up until yesterday. Is it easy to delete and reinstall the app or would I be better going back to factory settings and reinstall the sense.

@Taito16 I'm sorry, but you can't uninstall the Today app from your device. It's on of the core apps that you can't uninstall. I just want to clarify that you restarted your Sense correctly. If you did the press and hold, did you see the Fitbit logo during the reboot? Sometimes my Versa 3 doesn't restart when I use that method. Try this method. Go to your Settings app on your Sense. The bottom choice is Shut Down. Press the haptic button to restart. You might want to contact Support for additional advice before doing a factory reset. From time to time a factory reset bricks a device, so I always recommend contacting Support first.

@LZeeW Thank you for replying. Yes I have tried both methods of restarting my sense. Neither have made any difference. I think I will have to contact support for advice.

Thank you @LZeeW , @Clove6060 . I contacted support this morning and after being talked through possible solutions that you both had already suggested, it was decided that a factory reset was the only solution, and I am glad to say it worked.
Thank you both for taking the time to try and help me solve my problem. It was very much appreciated.
