Is there a way to toggle between the fitness tracker and music/Spotify from my watch without ending a workout?
To put in some context ... I start my music on the watch. Great. Then I start the fitness tracker. Great. Hop on my bike and head out. Now the song is too slow or the volume is to high. I can’t access my headphones as they are securely tucked into my helmet and my phone is tucked away in a secure pocket in my back pocket. Solution should be to swipe right or left/press the button and tap my watch to make these changes... alas it seems I cannot do this. Am I missing something? My much less expensive android knockoff watch could do this so I must be missing something here? Please help.

Hi @Gershie you will not be able to toggle to the Spotify. App but, by default, a double press of the Burton, then tap music will bring up the default music control app.
For help let's go to the help docs.
From this app on your wrist you can control volume, skip and replay songs.

YES!! This is what I wanted. Icouldn’t find that double press info anywhere. Now I can have the music in the foreground and the workout metrics running in the background or visa versa. Thank you soooo much, you have solved my problem!

@Gershie in your user manual see pages 19-21, 61-63. Page 51 explains how to control music while exercising.
