Too many steps

I noticed yesterday that between 20:15 -20:30 I did 140126 steps even though I was watching the football on the TV. How cam I get rid of this.

I am trying to find out about this issue as well.  I woke up one day last week with over 4k steps and this morning I woke up with over 7k steps.  I hope they can help us with a solution.
