Touch not working

Hi.

My Sense is not responding to touch anymore.

Yes, I have rebooted the Sense several times bit the touch doesn't respond to touches.

It responds to wrist movement and shows time properly, but nothing else.

I guess I'm using the last update 44.128.6.17?

Please help

Hi @tdc525 - this could be a sign of a watch fault but to be sure try a factory reset. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support with help with that. However you could first try changing the clock face in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.

Hi Guy.

Thanks for the help! I did contact support. They started erande to start searching for the problem while on the phone with them.

Even tho the support was outstanding, we couldn't fix it, not even with factory reset.

The good thing tho, is that the Sense still has factory warranty and will be replaced.
