Tracking hot flashes

Now that Fitbit Sense has the ability to sense my temperature, could Fitbit please consider tracking the intensity and duration of hot flashes (during menopause)?  It would be helpful to record frequency, duration, date/time when they occur so I could maybe correlate with foods, exercise, alcohol consumption, meds, etc.  And also be able to see report over time if they are getting more or less frequent/longer or pattern is changing, so I can understand if meds/herbs are effective or perhaps I am moving to a different phase.    It is frustrating that so much Fitbit functionality is focussed of ovulation and ignores this other critical time of life …

Hello @Vlip and welcome to the Community.  The current programming only measures skin temperature while you sleep.  I don't use this feature, but apparently Fitbit released a way to manually track hot flashes when the Menstrual Health Tracking tile was called the Female Health tracking tile.  The way to make your request is to start a Feature Suggestion.  But I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.  I don't think Fitbit has any plans to do temperature tracking except when sleeping.

I got a charge 5 for this reason - was hoping to track hot and cold flashes 😞 I'm bummed its just for fertility and sleep. It didn't track my VERY long cold flash 2 nights ago because I awake during it - I was hoping to at least see that somewhere.
