Transcription error on Sense 1 voice replies

I have not been able to get the voice replies to work for my Sense 1. I have a Samung Galaxy S21 and I've tried everything recommended in previous posts. I've cleared the cache on the fitbit app, I've un-installed and reinstalled the app. I've rebooted the Sense and tried updating it. Updates are current for the app.
