When I walk on my treadmill it is not tracking my steps, not one. My treadmill is in the basement but I have internet. Thanks.

Hi @BakerSara  if you're holding on to the handle, as you should for safety reasons, your arms aren't moving enough to get those steps recognized. Try slipping the Sense into your pocket to see if that makes a difference.
