Trying to take Fitbit Sense back to factory settings

Hi I’ve had my Fitbit Sense for approximately 18 months. At the moment my Sense is stuck on the logo. I’ve followed other suggestions of holding the side buttons for 10 secs until a black screen appears. When I’ve done this it goes black then returns to the logo. I’ve also let the battery drain. When I did this the face of the Sense displayed, then after a period of time the logo appeared again. I have an iPhone 11 . Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi @Sandra33 - as you can't operate the watch face probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can help you factory reset, though it may not resolve the problem.

Hi @Sandra33 - as you can't operate the watch face probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can help you factory reset, though it may not resolve the problem.
