Seeing many reasons here to why the fitbit sense battery is draining in half the time advertised, and being a highlight selling point!!!
I figured it out! Turn off Snore & Noise Detect.
This lovely option recommends you have at least 40% battery life each night 🙄.
You can find this on and off tab in the Activity & Wellness, Press (Sleep) if you leave this on it Will monitor noise levels while you sleep impacting massively on your battery.

Hi @Antoniaoz. Welcome on board.
Thanks for sharing with the Community the steps that worked for you, I'm sure your post will help many other members. As you may know, the Snore Detect feature will allow your Sense to track the overall noise level around you and check for snoring throughout the night which can last for several hours. This is why you may have to charge your watch more often. However, I understand your point of view and your feedback will be passed along to our team so they can work, and improve the experience with this feature.
For more tips to maximize the battery life, I'd recommend reviewing this help article.
See you around.
