So every single day I get notifications that tell me to "get in the groove" and listen to music while working out and to exercise because it lowers anxiety. I have yet to find a way to turn them off. The health and wellness reminders do not have these notification types. I tried logging out and logging back in and it was not an option. Everything is fully updated.

Going to support didn't help, but the "fix" given to me helped even though it should not have.
If the "Get your heart pumping" notification does not exist, go into the reminder to move tile (the man with the dashed lines around him on the front page) and click the gear to turn off those notifications. Go out of there and go back on and turn them on if you like. Then go into the health and wellness reminders and it should be there now. Not sure why it worked but it did. The assistant told me to turn off those notification types and then said it was fixed. I was confused but checked the health and wellness reminders and sure enough the option was there.

I saw where this has been brought up in the past, I did not see where Thierry was a fix. You may want to see if you can get anywhere with customer support,
if not done so already.
Good Luck!

Yeah I saw the other thread but they all seemed to say an update in August fixed it. For me, I think July/August is when the issue started. I'll see where I can get with support. Thanks

That’s great! Thanks for letting us know. I’ll probably do the same. When you say “the reminder to move tile (the man with the dashed lines around him on the front page)”. Are you referring to the main page of the dashboard or of the phone app?
I did not see a man with dashed lines on the today page of the mobile app.

Weird. think I found the sequence but when I started, I had moment of mindfulness, stay hydrated, and wash your hands. Did the sequence and came back in and I saw moment of mindfulness, stay hydrated, but wash your hands was gone?????!. Confused

Yeah I'm not sure. I've never had the wash your hands option ever and when I go back in to check, the "Get your heart pumping" no longer exists. This is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed and these notifications are super inconsistent. I asked my support agent to try and file a bug with the devs or QA but I doubt it'll happen. I could have also gotten lucky. It seems like these notification types are super finicky.

Agree. I just turned it off and we’ll see what pops up going forward. Thanks for the help.

No rhyme or reason here. I haven’t opened my app for a few hours and now I see a health and wellness “get your heart pumping”
update; today 10.8.21 get your heart pumping is gone from health and wellness reminders. Apparently they change. I did not alter any settings.
