Turn off "Sleep mode" on Fitbit Sense

Does not vibrate or notify when messages or calls.  Says in sleep mode.  How do I turn off sleep mode.

Thanks Rich, I think I get the physical requirements. But I do the same
physical movements -- at least I think I do -- for all the other
button-icons on that screen and disengaging Sleep mode is the one outlier.
Engaging Sleep mode, for example, never takes more than one tap. I might
assume it's totally my insanity/ineptitude (and definitely can't rule that
out), but I have seen others complain/remark about this.

@floridawalk-  did you try on the watch, Settings, Quiet Modes, at the bottom, SCHEDULE MODE? There you can set a sleep schedule which automatically turns Sleep on and off.

Using a timed schedule may be next. But my sleep times are variable enough
that I preferred the manual on and off.
