I am unable to cancel my Fitbit subscription via fitbit.com or through my phone. Pls open a ticket ASAP. I will request my credit card to stop paying if I don't get a response in 1 day. Thank you.

Cancelling your Premium account seems to depend on how you signed up for Premium and if you migrated your account to Google or not. Please see this Help article for details.
