Hi team,
My sense stopped syncing with Fitbit app and blue tooth stopped working. So, I followed the steps from this community and disconnected watch from app.
Now, I am unable to add a device to the app and every time I get a message “Something went wrong - an error has occurred. Please try again.”
I am on iOS 18.4 and Fitbit 4.41. Please help me out here.

Let me help you with the syncing issues you are experiencing with your Sense.
If your device is not syncing, we usually suggest some steps that are better to be followed in a certain order. Our general instructions are listed in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
The step you mention is the suggestion number 9 in the article. Were you able to complete all the steps listed?
