Unable to connect Sense to Wi-Fi

With every fitbit model I've had could only update using Bluetooth, although connected to local WLAN never works?? Why? using iPhone 12 with most current update

Hi @Reivax.

 

Are you trying to connect to a 2.4ghz WiFi network, as this is the only band the watch supports. Some routers combine both 2.4ghz and 5ghz into one SSID. You may need to separate these if it is the case.

Now I see why all the complaints are in the sense this is crazy I get it connected working well then it stops sync to my phone like nothing it set up except my account but task in account on fitbit don't update or acknowledge it being used. HELP

also help me connect to the wifi
