Unable to download ECG results recorded by Sense

Morning all

i am trying to export the Heart Rhythm Assessment however it just sits on the screen and no notification appears to download it 😞

Hi @Derby411. Welcome on board.

 

Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. Just to confirm, do you recall since when this started to happen? Does this happen with any result or just with the recent one? Also, was the Fitbit app running in the background while waiting for the notification?

 

In the meantime, let's try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap Discover > Heart Rhythm Assessment > View Results.
  5. Try exporting one of your ECG results one more time.

Thank you. I followed the steps and seems to be working.
Only just got the watch and it was an issue from the start, and the app was still running.

Can I ask.. is this only available while a premium account it active?

That's great news! I'm glad this got sorted out and thanks for trying the suggestions posted above. In regards to your other question, let me share that the ECG app isn't a Premium feature, meaning that you can use this app as much as you want regardless of having a Premium membership. Just take in mind the requirements described in this help article to ensure your Sense will generate an accurate ECG reading.
