Hello, I have got a new sense but when someone calls me I am not getting any alert to pick up the call from phone. But i am seeing missed call on my notifications. I get message/WhatsApp message and mails too but not getting calls. Did all the settings and notification troubleshooting but still no luck. 

 

Please help.

Not sure if you’ve gone through this help article, but it helped me setup the sense for calls.

It covers Android and iPhone.
