Everything‘s working great and I can get notifications. But when I go to answer a phone call on the watch, I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. Any ideas

Have you set up the watch for calls through the fitbit phone app?

I think so. It vibrates when my phone rings

Hi @Mannbrad - also check the volume settings on the phone and watch and see if by chance mute has been engaged.
In addition to what @Clove6060 has supplied also verify that Bluetooth Sense Controls is working by clicking on On-wrist calls in the Fitbit App; you may have to go to Bluetooth and configure it to take calls [once] and then do On-wrist calls again for it to work after.
