Hi @PHS273. It's good to see you around the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To find these reports, you need to open the Fitbit app, tap the sleep tile > Restoration > View Snore & Noise Report. Because this isn't the case, may I know what happens after tapping on that option? Have you had this issue since you started to use this feature? If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try wearing your watch for one night, sync once you're awake and check your details.

Hope this helps.

@Dg9730nn Welcome on board.

Thanks for joining this thread and trying the steps suggested above. I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with your Sense and please know your feedback will be passed along so we can improve this feature. Based on the details provided it seems that you'd like to turn off the Snore Detect feature rather than find your Snore reports. If this is correct, I'd recommend trying these other steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Sleep tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the upper right corner.
  3. Scroll down and find Detect Snoring. Tap on it to turn it off.

See you around.
