Unable to re-add card to wallet after factory reset

Hello!

After updating my phone to Android 13 I had various problems with syncing and deleted the Fitbit app and factory reset my Sense. When I set everything back up it works perfectly with the exception of adding my 2 American Express cards back to the wallet.

The process seems to fail when contacting the bank. It says that there's an error with the information provided (there is not) and then saves the card as inactive. When I try to verify it there, it tells me that I need to verify it on the phone I added it with.

I have my wifi turned off. These are cards that were in the wallet prior to the reset. They won't allow me to remove them (even though that's an option) without clearing all of the data from the app.

Help!

If you read the news there are rumors that Fitbit pay is either being integrated into google wallet or being replaced all together with google. No info on if it will come to older devices like the v3 or sense. But with people having issues something going on ahead of tomorrow(08/24) press event announcing new watches.

Your situation is the same as mine.

Hope we can figure this out!

I guess we just don't get any product support any longer.  If they think I'll buy another Fitbit product, they should think again.
