Unable to register Suica

I cannot register Suica. Suica tiles are not displayed on the wallet addition screen. I have taken over the Sense purchased in the United States. It seems that the previous user did not register Suica and the Suica tile was also displayed. Firmware version: 44.128.6.12 Android app version: 3.52 (20263651)

As far as i understand only Fitbit devices sold in Japan have suica chipset. I'm afraid your sense, being from US, can't work with Suica cards.

I hope to be wrong.

Suica ? - guessing not English and cannot find via Google translate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Suica is a Japanese payment service.

You should see the Suica tile in your Sense wallet settings. The person who gave me Sense was displayed. That person has also deleted Sense from their account. I'm sorry, but I'm writing Japanese translated into English.

No apology needed.  Other than the term I wasn't familiar with, your translated post is more readable than many by English speakers.

Here's a help section I found about using Suica:  How do I use Suica on my Fitbit device?

Sorry, but I have no idea why it is not showing up for you.  It sounds like it should be available.

Mayne someone else who uses it will provide a more helpful answer for you.

Thank you for your consideration. Through the translation, you can see that we received a sincere answer. I read a lot of help and tried it, but it doesn't work. I wish I could get an answer from support, but it was ignored for 2 weeks ... I haven't received a response after making several inquiries, but I would like to make more inquiries.

From what I just read, that is true for Charge 4, but it should be available on Sense, Versa  3, and Charge 5 if it has all updates, which it appears are met here.

Yes you might be right @JohnnyRow, I think the safest way for @nanasi would be to contact the support to guide her in the setup.
