I can not get my Pandora account restored. Went from Versa to Sensa. Error reading..please advise

Thanks for sharing that you got a Fitbit Sense and let me help you with this matter. To work on this together, may I know if you refer to not being able to access to your Pandora account in the Fitbit app? Have you made sure to have the Fitbit app and your Sense updated? To ensure the correct steps are being followed, please check this help article under How do I download Pandora stations to my Fitbit watch?
