Hi, why have you removed the ability to see historic Health Metrics data beyond 90 days?  This seems very short sighted.

Hi there, @Ga1ileo and @LZeeW.

@Ga1ileo Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and your efforts while contacting our Support team. While I'm glad you're able to see your historic data again, I'm sorry for the experience that you've had. We're constantly working on our products and services, and feedback like yours helps us to improve them.

@LZeeW Thanks for stopping by and let me share that with a Premium subscription, you can see historical data for more than 90 days by doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Health Metrics tile.
  2. Under Today, tap the stat that you want to check.
  3. Under History you'll see all your data sorted by weeks.
  4. Tap any of the files and you'll get the graph with your data.
  5. Tap the arrow at the upper left corner to back and check other stats.

To the best of my knowledge, Fitbit has never offered Health Metrics data beyond 90 days and you need Premium to get the 90 day historical data.

You are right, but I have Premium and until today I could look back to inception of Health Metrics

Update:  I contacted Support yesterday about this and they were insistent that what I was querying has never been available to anyone despite me saying that apart from this week I have always been able to access weekly files of daily data for Health Metrics going back to when it was first launched.  Today the information became available again on my account so I was able to send screenshots to Support to demonstrate that they sometimes give out incorrect information.

Thank you for the clarification.  I never toggled between History and About before.
