Hello, 

I got my Fitbit sense yesterday and have managed to set up most of my notifications but despite numerous efforts and trailing through advice on here, I am still unable to set up WhatsApp notifications! I’ve tried pretty everything but despite this, WhatsApp does still not appear in the list of notifications on the Fitbit app on my phone. I’ve managed to get email, Facebook, Instagram....basically everything bar WhatsApp! 

please help!

If you are using an iPhone, then the app won't appear in the Fitbit notifications list until you actually receive a notification for the first time.  When I moved from Android to iOS that was the main thing I noticed with notifications, whereas Android listed them all straight away, iOS only listed them after a notification had been received.

I’ve received lots of WhatsApp messages on my iPhone 11 since setting up the sense but it still won’t appear on the notifications list. Am I doing something wrong?
