Unable to set up my replacement Sense

I received my replacement Sense tonight and trying to get it set up. It says it is connected to wifi and Bluetooth, but it is doing nothing. It says it needs to be updated and when I try that it is doing nothing

Hi, @Marthaf4, welcome. You may like to review the setup process demonstrated in this video. 

The update can take a while and is usually completed via the WiFi connection. If it defaults to the Bluetooth connection it takes much longer.

You would normally see a progress indicator on the watch face and need to keep the device close to your mobile phone with the WiFi & Bluetooth on. 

Go into the Fitbit app on your phone and check that you have mobile data & WiFi background data and unrestricted data usage allowed. Also check the battery saver is off in your phone settings.
