Unable to stop swim tracking on Sense

I have seen the other messages related. Quick double-tap did not work for me. I ended up doing who knows what and lost my swim… it shouldn’t be this hard, been using versa for almost 4 years and just upgraded to sense. Disappointed so far😡 and it sounds like others have same issue.

Hi, @Zboy60304, welcome, having started your swim via exercise>swim>start arrow when you finish double squeeze the side buttons and you should get "end" - "resume"> touch "end". Your screen will be wet and the water lock will have an effect on the response, be patient, blow excess water off the screen and touch "end" again if you do not get a response (a firm brief touch) and you should get " "way to go" indicating the exercise is finished. After a few seconds, your screen should revert to the familiar clock face.

My Sense is stuck on the swim app as well. I tried the above fix with no luck. The swim screen displays a "lock". When I squeeze the 2 sides together the screen switches momentarily to the "wallet" screen, then goes back to the swim app which never showed any movement

So far I'm not at all impressed with the "Sense", I had an Ionic for 3 years without a hitch. This Sense is about as disappointing as my wife's Versa 3 is. I went from getting 3-4 days out of a charge to 2 days max. My Sense also freezes from time to time and suddenly starts working again a day later

Hi, @srs735 welcome to the community, try restarting your "Sense", squeeze the side buttons for about 10 seconds, the screen will go dark and eventually the Fitbit logo will appear then release. Let us know how you get on.
