Unable to unlock my Sense

I'm unable to unlock my sense. I push the button and it lights up with the face info but no matter what way i swipe the lock screen comes up and it will not accept my pin. I went to the device lock section but all it does is continually show "down loading".

Hi, @Dolphinedave, welcome to the community, In your Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left corner of the "Today" screen>"Sense" tile>swipe up to and touch "device lock" at the bottom. Unlock with your PIN or fingerprint and now change your PIN code. You should now see confirmation the code has been changed. How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device? provides more detail. If your "Sense" is still misbehaving check the battery charge level and if necessary put it on charge for at least 30 minutes.

Thanks for the info Gr4ndp4 but when I touch the device lock button a message comes up stating "Loading" with the spinning wheel. I've laid the phone down for over 25 minutes and when I return its still "Loading". At this point I can't go anywhere else in the app as it just stays on loading no matter what I touch or try to do ??????? Help

Hi, @Dolphinedave, you say "Device" and describe laying your phone down, I assume you mean your phone. You do not mention the make or model of your phone or if you have just set up and paired your "Sense" to your phone. Most phones work well with the Fitbit app but this article Fitbit Supported Devices explains the issues with some phones, in particular, noting the O/S requirement. Try switching your phone off and restarting it, likewise try turning off & restarting your "Sense"

When my fitbit app won't load, I go the phone settings - Apps - Fitbit. Stop App, this usually is enough. (swiping off the screen will not stop the app) 

If this fails, I'll stop the fitbit app and clear data. (this step will log the user out)

Sorry for not supplying more info on my fitbit (sense) and my apple phone. But the good news is your suggestion corrected my porblem. All i had to do was turn the sense off and back on and it works like new. Thank you so much now like is good again.
