After I bought the watch, I couldn't find the Arabic language!!? I paid a large sum of money ... but unfortunately I did not find my preferred language (Arabic) even though the seller assured me that the Arabic language exists!! But unfortunately I didn't get it... Can I get a refund?

Hi, @suliman1974 , whether you can get a refund obviously depends on where you bought your Sense.  Unfortunately Fitbit have confirmed that the Sense does not currently support the Arabic language.  Please see this thread here .

If you bought your Sense directly from Fitbit they have a 45 day refund period for any reason.  If you bought it from another retailer, you will need to consult their refund policies.

Please note that on the thread I linked above there is a link to where you can add your vote to a request for Arabic language support.  The more votes, the more likely a feature is to be implemented, so do take the opportunity to add your vote and comments.

I am sorry not to have better news for you.  Welcome to the forums!
