After all the hassle yesterday with customer service insisting that the problem of SP02 no longer showing on my new watch, would be resolved this morning, guess what? Now it is not only failing to record SP02 buti have also lost health metrics, readiness score and temperature. Not to mention the sleep score has gone crazy! Once again customer service can't do anything, they have to pass it to the tech team to check the log to make sure what I'm telling them is true and will get back to me maybe tomorrow! No I can't speak to a supervisor as there isn't one in yet but if I call back in an hour, there should be. Or maybe make it 2 hours, just in case! Rubbish customer service. The one thing I was able to confirm:- they won't send a replacement, I can only return it and get a refund and I won't get the offer price on the new watch! Could this actually be a scam by fitbit? They offer a good sale price luring you in to buy, but send faulty watches, forcing you to then pay full price for one that actually works?

Most people who buy something that they determine is junk, do not get their money back and buy it again for a higher price. So I do not think that is a Fitbit scam.
