Unresponsive screen on Sense

Over the last week, I have had the following issues with my watch:

  • Fitbit logo randomly appears and won’t go away
  • watch screen is unresponsive to touch or movement but had battery life because it buzzes
  • watch face turns on and won’t turn off but does not record heart rate or steps
  • watch won’t sync to my Fitbit app and the app just continuously says it’s looking for the watch
  • watch data won’t sync when it finally comes back to life

This was a replacement watch when my Ionic was recalled and honestly I don’t think I would choose it again. I’d like someone from Fitbit to contact me on how I can either fix these issues or get a refund. I do not want a replacement watch.
