Update fried Sense

Am I the only one that had an Ionic under recall, ordered a Sense and a year later when an update is performed, due to being bought out, my watch is fried?

I've tried everything short of running over it and nothing but a flashing symbol.

Was told I could get 35% off another watch. No thanks, Samsung now has my business.

Do yourselves a favor, drop these fitbits in the lake and run to get a Samsung Galaxy. Thank me later!

Anything has got to be better.

Same. Went from 6 days of battery life for 2 years to 2 days a couple months ago, back to six days after deleting a couple of unused apps. Then two weeks ago, battery life mysteriously dropped to one hour. Fitbits response...buy a new one for 35% off. Nope. I just canceled my premium subscription and am considering a Garmin due to battery life and tons of the same features with no subscription needed to get them. I thought about a Samsung, since I have a Samsung phone, but I don't want to have to charge every day or two. My husband has a Garmin and loves it and I swear he charges like every couple weeks.

I charge it while in the shower so no biggie for me. I do absolutely love all the features without paying like fitbit. It's a personal choice but I choose no more fitbit issues. My friend has a Samsung Galaxy 2 and has never had any issues so that really helped me make my decision on purchasing my 6.

same here- 3rd watch. take very good care of them- had an Ionic- went belly up- got a Sense and since this update 2 weeks ago- stuck in logo loop. I called C/S - offered 35% off- my response was - "why don't they just FIX IT?! - sounds like it is a software problem - I guess maybe I need to buy an Apple now". they said "well if that makes you feel better".. great customer service - what kind of response is that? They should just fix the problem- since now I also have chargers and covers and bands that are useless AS WELL... VERY disappointed... I don't think I should need to buy a new one every 2 years - especially when I take very good care of them.

Absolutely identical situation. Poor customer service for sure. Just as you, I have numerous bands and accessories no longer useful.
