Upgrade to Sense has negatively affected Floors

Since an upgrade to my sense watch the Fitbit is grossly over estimating floors, like every thirteen steps on level surface is a floor... lift your game, the notifications crash so you cannot connect most of the time to see friends posts, the key factor diferentiating Fitbit... l will post these problems on our academic sites as it affects research.

Hi @FelicityM -  if you can do a sync and then a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger pt restart it and charge it. Also logout of the Fitbit app and restart the phone and sync.
