Variation on the Heart Rate theme issue

Has anyone also had the experience of a huge heart rate spike in the first 5-10 minutes of aerobic exercise - like during first few warm up minutes.  I am constantly getting a heart rate of about 150 during warm up, when I am probably not doing more that’s 115 or so.  This also occurs when I am trying to make the 250 steps at the end of the hour...just jogging slowly in place..not breaking a sweat and hr is also like 150.  I also notice that it settles down to my fat burn range after that never to hit peak again even though I am though I am out of breath.

 

Also, the lag just drives me crazy - I can be at a complete stop and the hr reading increases for 10 seconds after.

 

Hope they can at least give us some indication when these issues can be fixed.

So I am upping this post out of frustration..I think this scenario is related.  One of my exercises is martial arts..so think BodyCombat for any Les Mills fans.  You are doing lots of punches and quickly with your feet not always moving.  My heart rate on the watch can get up to 160 which is nonsense.  I could speak..I took the measurement on my phone..120..that is more like it.  My heart rate was increasing and dropping 20-30 points over 20 seconds...just ridiculous.  Thank you for letting me vent.

 

Fitbit - when are you going to fix all of this!!???
