I bought a vegan leather wristband. The colour started coming off after only a few wears. No help whatsoever from Customer service, no guarantee???!!!!. I sent photo’s of the problem on their request. Why ask for it if you are not going to help? I am very very disappointed (again). Spent a lot of money for nothing.

Are you sure you purchased the band through Fitbit? If not, there's nothing Fitbit can do, as the return/exchange process would have to abide by the policies of that third-party retailer.

I think you must be mistaken. To my knowledge, Fitbit doesn't sell a vegan wristband.

If it is within the 1 year (or 2 yr depending on location) I think you got some recourse.

https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty
They also have a money back guaranteed within 45 days.

@inemei If you read my badge, you would have seen I am NOT an employee, I'm a volunteer.
I stand corrected, they do make a leather wristband, as shown here: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/accessories/charge5-vegan-leather
Depending on when you got the wristband, as @Clove6060 mentioned, you might be able to exchange or return it. Although I don't know about countries outside the US, I believe the US has a 1 year limited warranty, provided you can supply proof that you got the band directly from Fitbit (if it's from a third-party retailer, then you'll have to abide by their policies).
From what I've heard, outside the US, the warranty is 2 years.

If it's within the warranty period, I don't see why they would refuse. If it's out of the warranty period, there's nothing they can really do, other than possibly offer discounts on new products.
